The following are the only Official Ticketing Companies for each show on Ed Sheeran’s LOOP Tour:

Tickets can only be accessed via the iOS or Android App for the Official Ticketing Company associated with the applicable Venue. Make sure you install the relevant Official Ticketing Company’s App to access tickets for the corresponding Venue.  

If you have accessible booking needs, including wheelchair and/or companion seating, or other ADA recognized requirements, please refer to the relevant Official Ticketing Company’s contact details for your chosen show. For more information, please refer to the ‘Accessibility’ section of this FAQ.

The start and end times below are listed in local venue time. Tickets go on sale in the time zone of the venue you are purchasing for.

Registration for the Artist Presale begins Sept. 18 at 8:00 AM US/Eastern and closes on Sept. 25 at 11:59 PM local venue time. Registered fans will receive a unique one-time code before the Artist Presale begins on Tuesday, September 23 at 9:00 AM local time. Registration is free, but it does not guarantee tickets. Entry to each show can only be guaranteed if tickets are purchased directly through the corresponding Official Ticketing Company listed above.

There is a six (6) ticket limit for per customer, per show.

This restriction is in place to give as many people as possible a fair chance to buy tickets.

Customers who exceed the published ticket limits may have their tickets cancelled without notice.

Please note: any transactions that are detected as bot purchases, patrons creating duplicate accounts in order to purchase more than the ticket limit or any other action that indicates a suspicious purchase may be cancelled without notice.

Additional fees relating to the transaction, handling and delivery of tickets may be applied by the Official Ticketing Company.
